At SixthAura, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
Return Process
- Customers must initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated.
Important Return Conditions
- Returns or exchanges for size issues or wrong product deliveries will be allowed only once per order
- Products purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return
- Items returned without original packaging or tags may be rejected
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear or accessories
- Customized or altered products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used, washed, or damaged items
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.
