Exchange Policy
At SixthAura, we understand that finding the perfect fit matters. Our exchange policy is designed to make your shopping experience convenient and worry-free.
Exchange Eligibility
Customers can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery for:
- Size issues
- Color preference (subject to availability)
- Wrong product received
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- The item should be in resellable condition
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges for size issues or wrong product deliveries will be allowed only once per order
- Exchange requests placed after the allowed period may not be accepted
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
Exchange Process
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
- In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the item
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement order will be processed
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Innerwear or accessories
- Customized or altered products
- Clearance or final sale products
- Used, washed, or damaged products
Payment Information
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
- All orders on SixthAura are prepaid only
