Refund Policy

At SixthAura, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process for our customers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • Approved return request
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product significantly different from the order placed

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval of the refund.

Refund Method

As SixthAura operates on a prepaid-only model, all approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
  • Returns or exchanges for size issues or wrong product deliveries will be allowed only once per order

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy guidelines.
