Exchange Policy

At SixthAura, we understand that finding the perfect fit matters. Our exchange policy is designed to make your shopping experience convenient and worry-free.

Exchange Eligibility

Customers can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery for:

  • Size issues
  • Color preference (subject to availability)
  • Wrong product received

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item should be in resellable condition

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges for size issues or wrong product deliveries will be allowed only once per order
  • Exchange requests placed after the allowed period may not be accepted
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Exchange Process

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
  • In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the item
  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement order will be processed

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Innerwear or accessories
  • Customized or altered products
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Used, washed, or damaged products

Payment Information

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
  • All orders on SixthAura are prepaid only
